Well it looks like my job has been eliminated unless it’s some weird mistake. (Do I have a story to tell you.)
I should have some free time in May for old projects ( while waiting the end of this administrative period). While I have been tinkering with the end to the book “Queen of Swans,” the end has to be the jump off point for a new story . I really don’t have the outline for that yet . I want to brainstorm that so I can begin writing pieces here and there .
One reality is that I may have to close down the hosted site at some point later this year. I can park the domain at a free site but I think it would be better to upload pieces in various places that would generate new readers (RR) .I’ll finish my reread this summer and decide as I’m not sure where I will edit out some pieces to facilitate the print copy.
Unfortunately with the end of my job I will not be able to simply write the way I did before . I am thinking about Patreon or substack models to try to monetize while uploading pieces. But I don’t know whether it’s worth it to put that kind of pressure on myself.
I’ll have to go engage with the self publishing community again to figure this all out .

ETA I wonder if my readers will have a cow if the next book is just straight out fantasy romance lel. I’m not sure I want to write a grim story .
